PTPA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,320 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRSAM1, SSNA1, and PRRC2B. Each is linked with PTPA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPA-to-partner and partner-to-PTPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPA versus LRSAM1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
