PTPA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,130 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF1, RNU6-1181P, and RNU6-903P. Each is linked with PTPA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPA-to-partner and partner-to-PTPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EIF1 grouped by PTPA-low versus PTPA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
