PTP4A2P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTP4A2P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,594 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTP4A2P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGFL3, ANGPTL2, and LIX1L. Each is linked with PTP4A2P2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTP4A2P2-to-partner and partner-to-PTP4A2P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTP4A2P2 versus HDGFL3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTP4A2P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTP4A2P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
