PTP4A2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTP4A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,745 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTP4A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TXLNA, LRRFIP1, and RPL3. Each is linked with PTP4A2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTP4A2-to-partner and partner-to-PTP4A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTP4A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTP4A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
