Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTP4A2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,063 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTP4A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UTP4, GARS1, and EIF3B. Each is linked with PTP4A2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTP4A2-to-partner and partner-to-PTP4A2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTP4A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTP4A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
