PTP4A1P6

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PTP4A1P6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PTP4A1P6 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher PTP4A1P6 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PTP4A1P6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and OV show a favorable association.

BLCA, ESCA, and PAAD are the cancer types where PTP4A1P6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
