Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTP4A1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,440 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTP4A1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transport along microtubule, Regulation of mRNA catabolic process, and Obsolete selective autophagy. Each is linked with PTP4A1P1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTP4A1P1-to-partner and partner-to-PTP4A1P1 results are reported.
