Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,700 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT2, SORBS3, and KANK2. Each is linked with PTN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTN-to-partner and partner-to-PTN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTN versus FERMT2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
