Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTMA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,139 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTMA-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCL, USP37, and CNOT9. Each is linked with PTMA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTMA-to-partner and partner-to-PTMA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTMA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTMA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
