PTK7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTK7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,397 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTK7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P3H3, VGLL4, and PLCG1. Each is linked with PTK7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTK7-to-partner and partner-to-PTK7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTK7 versus P3H3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTK7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTK7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
