Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTK7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTK7-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF5, OR6K6, and CD300H. Each is linked with PTK7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTK7-to-partner and partner-to-PTK7 results are reported.
