PTK7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTK7 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,876 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTK7-associated genes across cancer lineages are HYOU1, UBR2, and NUP214. Each is linked with PTK7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTK7-to-partner and partner-to-PTK7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HYOU1 grouped by PTK7-low versus PTK7-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTK7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTK7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
