PTK6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTK6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,896 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTK6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C19orf33, PTK6_Y447, and S100A14. Each is linked with PTK6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTK6-to-partner and partner-to-PTK6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTK6 versus C19orf33 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
