Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTK6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,140 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTK6-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1QBPP1, ROPN1L-AS1, and CENPM. Each is linked with PTK6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTK6-to-partner and partner-to-PTK6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1QBPP1 grouped by PTK6-low versus PTK6-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
