Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTK6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTK6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with PTK6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTK6-to-partner and partner-to-PTK6 results are reported.
