Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTK6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,415 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTK6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to cell surface, Tyrosine phosphorylation of STAT protein, and Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with PTK6 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTK6-to-partner and partner-to-PTK6 results are reported.
