Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTK6 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,120 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTK6-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS3BP, SLC4A9, and ACVR1B. Each is linked with PTK6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTK6-to-partner and partner-to-PTK6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LGALS3BP grouped by PTK6-low versus PTK6-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
