PTK2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTK2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,378 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTK2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGAL, CORO1A, and DOCK8. Each is linked with PTK2B in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTK2B-to-partner and partner-to-PTK2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTK2B versus ITGAL in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTK2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTK2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
