Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTK2B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,927 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTK2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD48, CD7, and NCR3. Each is linked with PTK2B in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTK2B-to-partner and partner-to-PTK2B results are reported.
