The most reproducible PTK2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CORO1A, CYBB, and FMNL1. Each is linked with PTK2B in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTK2B-to-partner and partner-to-PTK2B results are reported.
