Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTK2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,083 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTK2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRDV3, TSR1, and ADAM33. Each is linked with PTK2B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTK2B-to-partner and partner-to-PTK2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRDV3 grouped by PTK2B-low versus PTK2B-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTK2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTK2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
