Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTK2B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTK2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, MYH11, and Rad50. Each is linked with PTK2B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTK2B-to-partner and partner-to-PTK2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by PTK2B-low versus PTK2B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTK2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTK2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
