Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTK2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,456 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTK2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Activation of Janus kinase activity, Bone resorption, and Small GTPase-mediated signal transduction. Each is linked with PTK2B in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTK2B-to-partner and partner-to-PTK2B results are reported.
