Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTHLH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,980 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTHLH-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF125, GGA2, and CCP110. Each is linked with PTHLH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTHLH-to-partner and partner-to-PTHLH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTHLH versus RNF125 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTHLH→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTHLH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
