Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTHLH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,044 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTHLH-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6864, UHRF1, and SFRP1. Each is linked with PTHLH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTHLH-to-partner and partner-to-PTHLH results are reported.
