PTH1R

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTH1R RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,243 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTH1R-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL3, PNMA8B, and RAMP2. Each is linked with PTH1R in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTH1R-to-partner and partner-to-PTH1R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTH1R versus MYL3 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTH1R→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTH1R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
