Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTH1R mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTH1R-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, ASNS, and ATM. Each is linked with PTH1R in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTH1R-to-partner and partner-to-PTH1R results are reported.
