Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTH1R RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,734 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTH1R-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions, Regulation of respiratory gaseous exchange by nervous system process, and Cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with PTH1R in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTH1R-to-partner and partner-to-PTH1R results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions grouped by PTH1R-low versus PTH1R-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
