Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTH-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5K1, MIR154, and FABP5P14. Each is linked with PTH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTH-to-partner and partner-to-PTH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5K1 grouped by PTH-low versus PTH-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTH→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
