Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,787 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTGS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRTN3, C4BPB, and AZU1. Each is linked with PTGS2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGS2-to-partner and partner-to-PTGS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTGS2 versus PRTN3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
