Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,543 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTGS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL8, CXCL5, and AQP9. Each is linked with PTGS2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGS2-to-partner and partner-to-PTGS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTGS2 versus CXCL8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
