Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGS2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, MAPK_pT202_Y204, and p90 RSK_pT359_S363. Each is linked with PTGS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGS2-to-partner and partner-to-PTGS2 results are reported.
