Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTGS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTGS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL36B, PROP1, and CST9L. Each is linked with PTGS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGS2-to-partner and partner-to-PTGS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL36B grouped by PTGS2-low versus PTGS2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
