PTGS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,209 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTAFR, VSIR, and SLC37A2. Each is linked with PTGS1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGS1-to-partner and partner-to-PTGS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTGS1 versus PTAFR in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
