PTGS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,351 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DAB2, MAP4, and LRP1. Each is linked with PTGS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGS1-to-partner and partner-to-PTGS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTGS1 versus DAB2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
