PTGR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,112 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UGDH, RAD23B, and UGDH_S476. Each is linked with PTGR1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGR1-to-partner and partner-to-PTGR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTGR1 versus UGDH in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
