Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,532 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTGR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM245, HDHD3, and ALAD. Each is linked with PTGR1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGR1-to-partner and partner-to-PTGR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTGR1 versus TMEM245 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
