PTGR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,029 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP413, MTND3P2, and RNA5SP410. Each is linked with PTGR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGR1-to-partner and partner-to-PTGR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP413 grouped by PTGR1-low versus PTGR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
