PTGR1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, A-Raf_pS299, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with PTGR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGR1-to-partner and partner-to-PTGR1 results are reported.
