Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTGR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,882 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lipoxin A4 metabolic process, Leukotriene B4 metabolic process, and Prostanoid metabolic process. Each is linked with PTGR1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGR1-to-partner and partner-to-PTGR1 results are reported.
