PTGFR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGFR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,383 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGFR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COL14A1, LUM, and MYLK. Each is linked with PTGFR in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGFR-to-partner and partner-to-PTGFR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTGFR versus COL14A1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGFR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGFR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
