Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGFR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTGFR-associated genes across cancer lineages are POU4F1, RNU6-1051P, and OR7E36P. Each is linked with PTGFR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGFR-to-partner and partner-to-PTGFR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTGFR versus POU4F1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.98.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGFR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGFR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
