RNU2-52P

associated omics data
RNA, U2 small nuclear 52, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU2-52P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU2-52P expression is associated with patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LGG. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU2-52P is differentially expressed in 8, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, RNU2-52P RNA expression shows 6,405 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight LGG, KIRC, and STAD as cancer lineages where RNU2-52P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RNU2-52P survival associations across molecular data types. RNU2-52P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (13). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RNU2-52P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU2-52P expression shows unfavorable associations in LGG, COAD, LUSC and SARC, but favorable associations in THCA and KIRC. The LGG Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p < 0.001). Together, the overview and detailed table identify LGG as the clearest survival context for RNU2-52P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RNU2-52P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RNU2-52P shows lower tumor expression in PRAD and higher tumor expression in KIRC, LUAD, HNSC, STAD and COAD. The KIRC box plot shows higher RNU2-52P RNA expression in tumor versus normal tissue (log2 FC = +1.207, t-test p < 0.001).
