Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGES3L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGES3L-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD5-5 and MIR1298. Each is linked with PTGES3L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGES3L-to-partner and partner-to-PTGES3L results are reported.
