PTGES3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGES3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,489 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGES3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYG1, NAB2, and CNOT3_S299. Each is linked with PTGES3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGES3-to-partner and partner-to-PTGES3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTGES3 versus MYG1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGES3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGES3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
