PTGES2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTGES2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGES2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HAO1, PRLHR, and OOSP2. Each is linked with PTGES2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGES2-to-partner and partner-to-PTGES2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HAO1 grouped by PTGES2-low versus PTGES2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGES2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGES2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
