Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGES RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,017 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTGES-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLC16A3, CEBPB, and ECM1. Each is linked with PTGES in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGES-to-partner and partner-to-PTGES results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTGES versus SLC16A3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGES→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGES) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
