Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGES protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,709 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTGES-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCCB, GPR68, and ZNF48. Each is linked with PTGES in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGES-to-partner and partner-to-PTGES results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTGES versus PCCB in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGES→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGES) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
