Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGES mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTGES-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP414, MIR7702, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with PTGES in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGES-to-partner and partner-to-PTGES results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP414 grouped by PTGES-low versus PTGES-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGES→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGES) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
