Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGES mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGES-associated genes across cancer lineages are Pericytes. Each is linked with PTGES in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGES-to-partner and partner-to-PTGES results are reported.
